Buying cars
Do I need an account to browse?
No. You can search vehicles, brands, dealers, news, and market pages without logging in. Login is required to inquire, message, post buy requests, publish stock, or unlock dealer contact channels that create leads.
Why do prices show FOB / EXW instead of one “final” price?
Automotive wholesale prices only make sense with an Incoterm and place. Local stock is typically EXW city; China export stock is often FOB port. Landed estimates — when shown — are guidance, not a live customs calculation.
How do buy requests and quotes work?
Find (verified dealers): request quotes from China exporters and local dealers. Local sourcing: ask a local dealer who offers sourcing to find and land the car. Personal accounts can only post local sourcing (1–3 units). Talk in Messages. Contracts and payment stay between the parties.
Can personal users post a Find request?
No. Personal accounts post local sourcing only. Quotes from China need a verified dealer account.
Can I pay for a car on KAZAVTO?
No. KAZAVTO is not a checkout or escrow for vehicles. Contracts and payment stay between buyer and seller. Trade finance or escrow partners listed under Trade Services can be engaged separately.
Dealers & KAZAVTO Business
How do I become a dealer or service provider?
First create a free user account, then open Choose dealer or provider and submit company verification. Dealers get inventory/storefront; providers appear in Trade Services. Paid Membership is optional after you are verified.
What counts as a lead?
Call, WhatsApp, and Message on your listings or storefront are saved as leads so you can follow up. Manage them in the business area.
How does advertising work?
You can book homepage banners, featured listings, brand banners, and dealer promos. Each campaign has a schedule and performance data — vehicles are not silently marked as “featured”.
What can local dealers publish?
Publish local Tajikistan stock (new or used) with Publish local stock. China export cars are shown separately — do not list them as local stock.

China export cars and exporter profiles come from our supply partners. The site brand is TAJAVTO.
Do China exporters manage inventory on KAZAVTO?
China-side listing stays with supply partners. On TAJAVTO, exporter pages and stock are shown for Tajikistan buyers to inquire.
Trade services
Are service providers the same as car dealers?
No. Dealers sell cars. Service providers offer logistics, customs, inspection, insurance, finance, warehousing, or settlement. See Trade Services and each provider’s profile.
How do I request a service quote?
Open a provider profile and use Request service quote / Inquire. You will be asked to sign in so the request can be messaged and tracked.
Account, membership & privacy
What are User, Business, and Member?
One personal account first. Then upgrade to a business by choosing car dealer or service provider and completing company verification. Paid membership unlocks team seats and higher limits on that company.
Which languages are supported?
English, Русский, Қазақша, and 中文. Use the language switcher in the header. Vehicle names, company names, and Incoterms are not force-translated.
How do I reset my password?
On the login page, open Forgot password, enter the email on your account, then enter the verification code we send and set a new password.
How do membership plans work?
Paid plans sit on top of verified dealer status and unlock RFQ volume, intelligence, featured listings, and more. See the comparison on Membership.
How is my data handled?
